Low Calorie Mexican Breakfast

So easy and so yummy! 

1 whole egg 2 egg whites 
Filled with Mushrooms and onions 
Make into omelette 
Top with a sprinkle of shredded cheese 
Pico De Galo 
1 TBS sour cream! 

I paired mine with strawberries and 2 slices of Turkey Bacon 

1 liter of water! 
Don't forget you water it will help keep you full!
