Low Calorie Mexican Night!

What you need! 
1 cup low Fat sour cream 
1 cup Mild Salsa 
6 inch Tortillas 
1lb lean ground turkey 
1 pkg sodium free taco seasoning 
Low fat shredded cheese

How to prepare 

Pre Heat Oven to 350 
Cook taco meat as directed 
While taco meat is browning 
Mix Sour Cream and salsa together 
Then line a 13x9 inch pan with a light layer of sour cream and salsa 

After taco Meat is finished scoop out 2-3 tablespoons of meat onto a tortilla 

Sprinkle a little shredded cheese 

Fold tortilla and place in pan seam down! 
After pan is full of burritos spread remainder of sour cream and then top with cheese 

Place in oven for 20 min! 

This is one of my favorite Mexican recipes! I paired this with some dry carrots and cucumber to make sure I was full!
