Protein Cookies...Mmm...Mmm..
What you need
-1 Cup of Oatmeal
-2 Ripe Bananas
-1 Scoop Chocolate Whey Protein
-2 tablespoons of Splenda

How to Prepare

Pre-Heat oven to 350

Dump all ingredients into a blow, Stir and mash until everything is well blended and there are no banana chunks

Place on a greased cookie tray (I used Simple Truth extra virgin Olive Oil spray) I used 1 1/2 tablespoons for each cookie

Bake for 15-20 mins

enjoy while warm...or I put mine in the fridge to harden them up a bit :)










Skinny Salsa Roll Ups!













I love Roll Ups...So I tried to make these as Skinny as possible!
What you need!
-4 6inch 100% Tortillas
- 4oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese
- 1/4 cup Mexican Style shredded cheese
-1/4 cup chunky salsa
-1/4 tsp chili powder

-Mix all ingredients together, spoon out dip onto tortilla,
-Roll tightly, and wrap in plastic wrap
-Set in refrigerator for 4 hour


Yummy Protein Pancakes!

Protein Pancakes....that do not make you want to gag!
    Great for breakfast, snack or post workout snack

What you need
1/2 cups of uncooked oats
1 scoop of Vanilla Whey Protein
1/2 Ripe Banana
1/3 cup of egg whites
1tsp vanilla extract
1tsp of cinnamon
1Tbs of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup frozen blueberries


How to prepare
Blend oats until they are fine
2. Add in all other ingredients, blend until smooth
3. Heat 1 TBS of Extra Virgin Olive Oil on stove top
4. Make two pancakes add frozen blueberries to each pancake...they will not bubble on top so make sure you are flipping them until lightly brown
5. Place on a plate, spray each pancake with ONE spray of I can't believe its not butter spray
6. Top with 1TBS of Sugar Free Syrup

Mini Pizza Muffins


This is one of my favorite low calorie afternoon snacks
Best part is... It's easy to make
What you need
100% Whole Wheat Muffin
1/4 Cup of Pizza Sauce
1/4 Cup of part skim Moz. Cheese
6 Turkey Pepperoni Slices
 1/4 Cup cubed Chicken Breast
 
 How to prepare
1. Toast your whole wheat muffin
2. Spread of 1/2 of Pizza Sauce on each slice of muffin
3. Add Chicken
4. Sprinkle with cheese
5. Add turkey pepperoni
6. Put in microwave for 45 seconds!

I added banana peppers...you could also add mushroom & black olives
