Skinny Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup

2 slices of 35 calorie bread
1 slice low calorie cheese
10 stays of butter 
1/2 cup tomato soup 
1/2 skim milk 
1 unsweetened applesauce 

300 Calorie Lunch!

Gorton Salmon 
1/2 plain baked potato 
1/3 cup baby carrots 
1 tablespoon Bolthouse Greek yogurt ranch 

Delicious!

Beachbody Challenge!

Seriously I've tried it all when it comes to fitness and weightloss... Gym memberships, weight watchers, advocare, slim fast, running, the list goes on and on

Since I've had my daughter I have not had access to a gym! I thought long and hard and realized I needed to do this on my own so I started Insanity! I completed the cycle twice and while I was doing insanity I was taking Advocare products, but found them to be very expensive and the spark just made me crave energy drinks even more! 

3 months ago I was introduced to Shakeology and Les Mills Pump! It has changed my life! It has curved my appetite for processed sugary foods, I have not had an energy drink in 60 days and I lost my last 5lbs!!!'

I've decided to expand my love for health and fitness and be a beach body coach!

Family Life!

Just finished an amazing family vacation in Cancun! 

We stayed at Now Sapphire a sister of Dreams! 

The resort was beautiful and very clean, the food was amazing! I did cheat on my diet everyday (eke) but I'm back to eating clean already! 

We went with my parents and my siblings! So fun to all be together for our 5 year anniversary! 

If you have thought about traveling to Mexico do it! Stay all inclusive! It's always such a great experience and so relaxed! 

We traveled through Apple Vacations! I highly recommend then! 

Low Calorie Mexican Breakfast

So easy and so yummy! 

1 whole egg 2 egg whites 
Filled with Mushrooms and onions 
Make into omelette 
Top with a sprinkle of shredded cheese 
Pico De Galo 
1 TBS sour cream! 

I paired mine with strawberries and 2 slices of Turkey Bacon 

1 liter of water! 
Don't forget you water it will help keep you full!

Low Calorie Breakfast!

Eating Healthy does not have to be gross! This was my favorite breakfast before I started watching calories! 

Now it's still my favorite but a healthy version 
2 eggs over medium, fried in olive oil 
2 slices butterball low sodium turkey bacon 
1 piece of 35 calorie wheat bread with 2 sprays of spray butter
1/2 cup fruit! 

Eating healthy can be fun!

Low Calorie Mexican Night!

What you need! 
1 cup low Fat sour cream 
1 cup Mild Salsa 
6 inch Tortillas 
1lb lean ground turkey 
1 pkg sodium free taco seasoning 
Low fat shredded cheese

How to prepare 

Pre Heat Oven to 350 
Cook taco meat as directed 
While taco meat is browning 
Mix Sour Cream and salsa together 
Then line a 13x9 inch pan with a light layer of sour cream and salsa 

After taco Meat is finished scoop out 2-3 tablespoons of meat onto a tortilla 

Sprinkle a little shredded cheese 

Fold tortilla and place in pan seam down! 
After pan is full of burritos spread remainder of sour cream and then top with cheese 

Place in oven for 20 min! 

This is one of my favorite Mexican recipes! I paired this with some dry carrots and cucumber to make sure I was full!

1/4 Cup Greek Non Fat Yogurt 
1/4 Cup Strawberries 
1/4 Cup Udi Granola 

So delicious and less than 100 calories!
